| Wilson and Partners of London and Winchester (Established 1945) | |||

| Powell and Large of Coventry and Nottingham (Established 1936) | |||
| The combined practice has evolved as the nature of construction activity has continued to evolve. The early days showed a great strength in public sector work including schools, housing, hospitals and defence. | |||
| More recent years
have seen the movement into the commercial world, with leisure
developments (bars, cafes, hotels) development schemes (offices, private
housing)) and industrial premises (manufacturing, warehousing and
distribution). Alongside these we have continued to work with the
education establishments, various NHS trusts, the Prison Service and
local authorities.
We have sought innovative ways to bring value to our clients and have worked with a variety of procurement routes and forms of contract, acting as Quantity Surveyor, Employers Agent, Project Manager and Planning Supervisor. |
